Standard purchasing process
- Register an account for the order system. You can fill in the information to register yourself or contact our sales manager to help you register. Different from traditional catalog marketing, we use our own ordering system to serve our customers. This not only makes it easier for our customers to browse more than 10,000 products and check detailed data, but also reduces paper usage and contributes to the cause of global environmental protection. The account application of the ordering system needs to collect some necessary information from you. We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving the application and open an account for you.
- Place an order in the system and confirm the order. All products in the system are listed in FOB price. You can quickly locate the product you need by brand and product name. After placing it in the container according to the demand, our ordering system will inform you of the overall order progress in percentage form. When a container is fully ordered, the system will inform you of the total order amount. After confirming that it is correct, you can submit the order. After we receive your order request, we will check again according to the actual situation and issue a formal purchase order to confirm with you.
- Prepare the goods. Once the order is confirmed, we will match the order with the goods in the inventory through the internal ERP management system and block the inventory according to the delivery date of the goods. Generally speaking, the products that need to be replenished will have a storage cycle of 20 to 50 days (different products have different storage times). After the product planning is completed, we will initially determine the shipping date of the products.
- Shipping services. After confirming the shipping date of the goods, if necessary, we also provide shipping services, handle the relevant matters of shipping reservation, and strive to achieve the shortest shipping time and the best shipping price for you.
- Loading of goods. According to the shipping time, containers will be packed in our warehouse and sent to the port, which can be successfully reached the port to board the ship and delivered to the agreed port.
